Shipping

I offer free shipping via USPS. I only ship within the U.S.

Shipping is normally 3 to 6 days, but ultimately the time in transit is the responsibility of the post office.

I will notify your as soon as your order ships.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted as long as the item has not shipped. I usually ship the next day, so you'll need to be quick!

There are no cancellations on custom orders.

Exchanges and Returns

It is always my hope you are thrilled with your Arm Candie, but in the event you are not I will work to make it right.

Please let me know no longer than 7 days after you get your Arm Candie that you would like an exchange or refund. If I can't make it right and we agree on the

refund just send it back for a complete refund.

Please do not send it back before notifying me. I will only accept returns that have been "approved".

If it's decided that the item will be returned the buyer will be responsible for:

• return within 7 days after the return is decided

• return postage is the responsibility of the buyer 

• notify me when it has shipped

• items must be returned in their original condition and in original packing

• refunds will be issued after the the return is received and in the method it was purchased
